How to use post locker?
. Click the icon “Courier”, input the valid mobile phone number and password to login as a courier:
2. Choose the right box of parcel locker according to parcel size:
Send a Parcel
1. Click the icon “ Send a parcel” on the main interface:
2.Bring the parcel close to the scanning gun and scan the express waybill No. into the system (can also input manually), input the recipient’s mobile phone number shown on the express waybill (add area code “1”before the mobile phone number), then press “Enter”:
3. The door of a system-assigned box will open, put the parcel inside and close the door of post locker, then click “Submit”to finish the parcel dispatching process and a notification message will be sent to the recipient’s mobile phone automatically.
Solutions for Incorrect Operations
1.If input an incorrect mobile phone number, click the “Modify” button to modify the number:
Click “Save this” after modifying the number
2. If the box door is closed before putting the parcel inside or a wrong box is chosen, click “Delete” to delete this incorrect or incomplete dispatching process, the box in problem will open again, at this time the courier shall not put the parcel inside but need to re-dispatch the parcel again.
This function allows to check parcels picked, parcels unpicked, abnormal parcels, status of notification messages, cancel or re-send messages, etc.

2. Status of Notification Messages:
This function allows to check the notification messages are sent out or not. If not, click the “Resend” button to resend the message.
3. Cancel the Verification/Security code: if the courier inputs an incorrect mobile phone number and the recipient can not pick the parcel out, the administrator can click “Cancel security code” to open the door.
4. Abnormal Parcel: the courier can use this function to check if there are abnormal parcels and dispose of them in time.
Receive a Parcel
1. Click the icon“Receive a parcel”
2. Input the mobile phone number and verification code received:
3.If the mobile phone number and verification code are correct, the cell door will open and you can quickly locate your parcel by following the instructions on the interface:
1. Please click the icon “ Member login” on the main interface，and input the mobile phone number and password to login:
2. Inquire the parcel received and open the box door by clicking “open” to pick up the parcel:
Register to be a member by filling in personal information. The member can pick up his/her own parcel, pick up a parcel for his/her friend and make individual settings.
Search a Parcel
If a parcel is delivered into this locker, it can be easily searched out and tracked by inputting the mobile phone number:
1. Click the icon “Administration” on the main interface, input mobile phone number and password to login as an administrator:
2. An administrator can log into the back administration stage to inquire logs and records:
3. Box Status Checking：
Blue: available (empty)
Yellow: in use (parcel inside)
Red: blocked (out of use）
4. Box Administration:
This function allows the administrator to “block” or “release” any box for use in case of emergency or breakdown.
5. Courier Administration:
Cancel: revoke a courier’s right to use this locker
Authorize: authorize a courier to use this locker
