Software settings are right. We still need to check the hardware: 1 whether the circuit board is electrified, if electrified, there are lights flickering. 2 the power and signal lines on circuit boards can be unplugged and replugged. 3 whether RS 232 to 485 is on power, the indicator light would be on if powered on, the default position is COM3 4 whether the signal line connected to 485 adapter is loose? If loose, retighten it .
Only a few door is not open. followed by test：
1 For the box doors that can not be opened, try to open them using the "empty container inspection" function under administrator. During it, observe whether the light of circuit board flickers (if not flickering, plug it tightly, if it is still not open please switch the current module with the adjacent module and reopen the lock)
2. In the picture the upper row is the lock module, and the lower row is the light module. If the lock module still fails to work after replacing the PCB(curcuit board), please ask the hardware engineer to check if the both ends of the lock cable/cord are loose. If not loose, then check if the lock itself works properly.
3. After doing the above checkings, for example, the lock module is out of work, the cable gets loose or even the lock itself does not work, we can courier the replacement parts to you if you need. In addition, you can block the problematic boxes through the adminitration interface and this may not affect other boxes.
